William Owens is the Principal and Founder of the firm. He has served a host of individuals and small business owners in his 20+ years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
Since starting the business in 1994, we have now grown to a full-time staff of four of which two of these staff have a significant amount of experience with Community Associations and Non Profits, including two additional CPAs who manage the Audits. In addition, our firm participates in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s quality review program, which requires a quality review be performed by an AICPA member firm every three years. Our most recent quality review was successfully completed during 2021 and our next review will be in 2024.

In addition to the services we provide to small businesses and individuals, William Owens & Company, CPA has made a strong commitment to serving common interest realty associations and other non-profit organizations, which has been our firm specialty since its inception. We provide many services to these organizations including audit, review or compiled fnancial statements, elections, as well as tax and consulting services. Currently we provide such services to over 40 community and condominium associations of varying sizes.
